I was proud to be a part of Collectors Night 2020 Pietrasanta at Futura Gallery with my latest sculpture Life is Beautiful / La Vita è Bella.
This sculpture was conceived during the lockdown in Italy . I was so moved and inspired by the courageous work of the critical care doctors and nurses treating Covid-19 patients.
Due to strict travel restrictions I was unable to get to my studio in Pietrasanta so I sketched this and started work as soon as lock down was lifted.
